I hope you had a wonderful week and perhaps even enjoyed the rainy weather! This Sunday, March 9th, is Daylight Savings Time.
Here are some important updates for you:
Reminder: Full Building Water Shut-Off & Drain Use Restriction
Wednesday, March 12 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
There will be a full building water shut-off during this time, along with a restriction on drain use. This means residents should not pour anything down any drains or flush toilets.
We are replacing damaged sewer lines in the garage, and your cooperation is essential to completing this work efficiently and hygienically. Thank you for your cooperation!
ST. PATRICK’S DAY EVENT
Your Social Committee is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day gathering on Sunday, March 16, at 4:00 PM. The Committee will be providing food and is inviting residents to sign up to bring side dishes and desserts to share. Sign-up sheets are posted on the elevator bulletin boards. We hope to see you there!
Package Notification Updates
Some residents have reported that they are no longer receiving package notifications. If you’ve also noticed that notifications have ceased, please read below on how to update your preferences on the Resident Portal.
- Log in to the portal and go to your Dashboard.
- Scroll down and select Notifications from the right-side menu.
- Click the yellow pencil next to your phone number or email and check the Packages box.
- Toggle the text notifications or email notifications option, depending on your preference.
