Community Update March 14, 2025

Dear Watermark Community,

Thank you everyone for your cooperation during the water shut off on Monday!  The replacement of the drains went smoothly thanks to your efforts.

Here are some important updates for you:

REMINDER: ST. PATRICK’S DAY EVENT
Your Social Committee is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day gathering on Sunday, March 16, at 4:00 PM. The Committee will be providing food and is inviting residents to sign up to bring side dishes and desserts to share. Sign-up sheets are posted on the elevator bulletin boards. We hope to see you there!

Shannon Out Of Office
I will be out of the office on Thursday, March 20th, and Friday, March 21st. In case of an emergency or a time-sensitive matter, please call the usual number. Kim Nguyen will be available to assist you, along with the guards and Rafael. I will return on Monday, March 24th.
