Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Marble Floor Polishing – scheduled for Wednesday, February 1^st during the night on the Columbia side. Please use caution during this time.
2. In Unit Mandatory Fire Sprinkler Inspection – scheduled for Tuesday, February 21st and Wednesday, February 22^nd from 9am-4pm. Please contact Management if you are unable to be home for this and would like to arrange for permission to enter. A staff member will accompany the inspector. Please see schedule attached or on bulletin board.
3. Horizontal Sewer Jetting – is scheduled for February 28^th & March 2^nd and March 7^th & March 9th. Please remember that cars must be moved by 8:30am on the day your parking area will be jetted. No water shut offs will be approved on these dates. More details and a map will be posted soon.
