| Dear Residents, Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark 1. Bike Storage Cage – as a reminder please identify your bicycle in the bike storage cage by April 29th. 2. Power Outage – there was a power outage on Sunday, April 10th affecting several blocks downtown. All emergency backup systems functioned properly. Additionally, the security person on duty was in contact with Management throughout the outage and stood watch at the top of the garage ramp. As a reminder during an outage, use the Security Cell Phone (619) 840-9367. 3.
