Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Elevator Modernization # 1 – the elevator on India side is scheduled to start upgrades on Monday, June 10^th. We thank you for your patience in this matter.
2. Elevator Polishing # 4 – the elevator on the Columbia side will have the front panel brass polished on Friday, June 7th. The elevator will be out of service during this time.
3. Board Meeting Reminder – June 11^th at 6:00PM in the 5^th Floor Community Room.
4. New Boilers – new boilers will be installed soon. More details will be provided soon.
5. Architectural Improvements – as a reminder completed architectural applications must be submitted at least 10 days prior to a board meeting.
