Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Carpet Cleaning – Scheduled for Monday, July 30th on 1st floor and garage level.

2.Quarterly Fire Sprinkler Inspection – Scheduled for Wednesday, August 1st. This inspection is visual only – no alarms will sound.

3.Marble Floor Polishing – Scheduled for Tuesday, August 7th and Wednesday, August 8th during the night. Please use caution during this time.

4.5th Floor Bathroom Tile – Will be cleaned on Thursday, August 9th during the night. The bathrooms will be closed during this time.

5.Community Room – The stone tables will be cleaned on Thursday, August 9th during the night. The tables will need to dry, please do not use the tables for 24 hours.
