Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:
1.5th Floor Sun Deck – The 5th floor sun deck will be closed on June 4th from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for scheduled recaulking.
2.Exterior Building Repairs – Repairs on the Market Street pyramid wall have been completed. New soil and plantings will be installed on June 6th.
3.Board Meeting Reminder – June 12th, in the 5th Floor Community Room, the Regular Session begins at 6:00 PM.
Fitness Center
Monday – Friday 6:00am – 10:00pm
Saturday – Sunday 8:00am – 8:00pm
5th Floor Community Room
Open to all from 7:00am-12 midnight except when reserved for a special event.
Current weekly/monthly reservations include; Wednesdays from 10:00am-11:30am – Yoga (open to all Watermark residents)
Thursdays from 5:30pm-9:00pm – Mah Jongg (open to all Watermark residents)
Every 2nd Tuesday from 5:00pm-completion – HOA Board Meeting
