Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Exterior Building Repairs –The final phase (pyramid wall on Market Street) will be completed by May 25th.

2.Annual Brick Cleaning – Scheduled for May 23rd & May 24th. The Columbia entrance will be closed on May 23rd from 8 AM-5 PM and the India entrance will be closed on May 24th from 8 AM-5 PM to allow the bricks to dry.

3.Memorial Day – Monday, May 28th the Management office will be closed. Please call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
