Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark
Elevator Refinish – we are refinishing the brass in the elevators and they will be shut down from 8:30am-5:00pm during the procedure; schedule is listed below.
Columbia SOUTH elevator will shut down Monday, Nov. 13th.
India SOUTH elevator will shut down Tuesday, Nov. 14th.
Columbia NORTH elevator will shut down Wednesday, Nov. 15th.
India NORTH elevator will shut down Thursday, Nov. 16th.
Fitness Center
Monday – Friday 6:00am – 10:00pm
Saturday – Sunday 8:00am – 8:00pm
5th Floor Community Room
Open to all from 7:00am-12 midnight except when reserved for a special event.
Current weekly/monthly reservations include; Wednesdays from 10:00am-11:30am – Yoga (open to all Watermark residents)
Thursdays from 5:30pm-9:00pm – Mah Jongg (open to all Watermark residents)
Every 2nd Tuesday from 5:00pm-completion – HOA Board Meeting
