Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark.

1. Carpet Cleaning – is scheduled for Monday, January 30^th. Please use caution when stepping onto the marble.
2. Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (1/31, 2/2, 2/7, 2/9) please save the date to move your car on the day your parking area will be jetted. No water shut offs will be approved on these dates.
3. Window Inquiry Form – these are due by Tuesday, January 31^st.
4. Fencing – there will be some work on the iron fencing along Columbia Street on Thursday, February 2^nd starting at 8:30am. Please be aware that there will be some noise during this time.
5. Candidate Statements – these are due by Friday, February 3^rd.
