Dear Watermark Community,
Hello everyone! It was lovely to see so many of you at Tuesday evening’s Board Meeting. I’ll provide some meeting-related updates below for those who were unable to attend. Please reach out with any questions.
Below are your weekly updates:
- First, the Oktoberfest event has been moved to Sunday, October 8th from 4:00p-7:00p. There are sign up sheets at each of the elevators.
- At the Board Meeting the Board reviewed with the Owners the OPOS updates. The engineering inspection is complete and a report will be provided to the Board followed by a meeting with Cal/OSHA. This will continue to place all window washing on hold for the time being.
- The meeting minutes from the August Board Meeting are now posted on the Resident Portal for your review.
- If you are not receiving notifications from Watermark when a package is being held for you, please contact me directly so I may assist in resolving this issue for you.
