Dear Residents, Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark 1. Quarterly Fire Alarm Testing – scheduled for Thursday, December 29th 10:00am – 10:15am. Residents and pets should be prepared, the bell may ring for 1-3 minutes. Fire Doors will also shut and should remain closed until they are reset by technician. 2. New Year Holiday Observed – Monday, January 2nd– As a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. 3. Plant Pesticide – BrightView will be spraying the plants on Tuesday, January 3rd. Please exercise caution with your pets. 4. Staff Hours for the New Year Holiday – Management office will be closed on 1/2. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. Building Engineer will be off 1/2; Janitorial will be off 1/1 and 1/2. 5. Lobby Entrance Brick Cleaning – is scheduled for January 4th Columbia side from 8:30am – 12:00pm; and India Side from 12:00pm-3:30p.m. Please do not use entrance that is being cleaned at the time. 6. Jetting of Garage Storm Pipe – scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, January 4th and 5th from 8:30am – 5:00pm. More details soon. Please save the date, some vehicles will need to be moved. 7.Christmas Tree Removal –is scheduled for Thursday, January 5th. Please use padded elevators to transport trees on Wednesday, January 4th; wrap your tree in a trash bag to help eliminate debris. You may ask for a large trash bag at the Security Desk. Please do not bring down your tree until we have a drop off location.

Elevator Refinish – we are refinishing the brass in the elevators and they will be shut down from 8:30am-5:00pm during the procedure; schedule is listed below.
ColumbiaSOUTH elevator will shut down Monday & Tuesday November 14th and November 15th.

Chute Cleaning – scheduled for Wednesday,November 9th from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Please do not use the trash chutes during this time. Please take trash down to trash room. 3. Unit Door Maintenance – the pricing will be honored until 12/31. Please contact IRX to schedule JR (951) 454-4561. 4. Recycle Bin – please do not place plastic bags of any kind, including packing plastic in boxes in the recycle bin. The Association incurs fines whenever plastic bags or plastic packing is placed in the recycle in. Please flatten all boxes. Thank you.

We want to bring your attention once again to the continuing issue of residents letting people not known to them into the building.
Please do not allow delivery people, workers or anyone else other than your personal guests or residents known to you into the building. Please direct them to the guard in the garage. All vendors and delivery people (including food deliverers) must register with the guard.

The Association obtained a proposal to touch up the wood finish on entry doors at a group rate. The vendor will touch up scratches, dents, discolorations as needed. The doors were surveyed from the hallway, and each door requires a different level of work. There are three levels of repairs; and the cost for each level is listed below. If you are interested in this service, please contact IRX directly to schedule work at (951) 454-4561 or (619) 384-4884. You will need to schedule and pay the vendor directly. This will only include the exterior of your unit door (facing the hallway). Please note there will be an odor from the products used and an air scrubber will be utilized to help with the smell. This price is valid for 30 days as long as there are no additional marks to your door since the survey. You may contact management to inquire which level of repair you need.
