Dear Residents, Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark 1. 4th of July Holiday – Monday, July 4th the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. 2. Board Meeting Reminder – the board meeting date has been changed to Tuesday, July 5th at 6:00pm. It will be held in the Community Room and Via Zoom. 3. Manager Vacation – from 7/9 – 7/17. Please contact Community Care at 1-800-400-2284 in the event of a maintenance emergency. |
