| Dear Residents, Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark 1. Juneteenth Day – Monday, June 20th. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. 2. Recycle Bin – please remember to flatten all boxes, the small ones also to help minimize overflow. Waste Management charges $150.00 for bin overflow. Thank you. 3. Manager Vacation – from 6/23 – 6/26. Please contact Community Care at 1-800-400-2284 in the event of a maintenance emergency. |
