Community Update - 10/14/16

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Library Cleaning – The 2nd Floor is our Community Library. The Columbia Armoire is dedicated to Paperbacks and the India Armoire is dedicated to Hardback books. It is that time again to empty the paperback book armoire on Columbia. If you would like a book please take it by October 15th. We will be donating any leftover books on October 21st.
  2. Window Cleaning – scheduled for October 24th – 27th. Please remove your screens prior to this date. Please see map for cleaning schedule.
  3. Recycle Bin and Boxes- as a reminder cardboard boxes must be broken down prior to being placed in the recycle bin. Waste Management charges the Association extra when the bin is overflowing, so we ask that you help ensure that boxes are flattened.

  1. Columbus Day, October 10th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.

  1. Manager on Vacation – Audrey will be on vacation from 9/22 – 9/25. If you experience an after-hours maintenance emergency please call Community Care 1-800-400-2284 for assistance. For other assistance during my absence please contact Erika Smith, Regional Supervisor at esmith@actionlife.com.
  2. Window Cleaning – scheduled for October 24th – 27th. More details and a map will be provided soon.

Community Update - 9/16/16

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Garage Power Washing – scheduled for September 20th (North side) and September 21st (South side). Please have cars moved prior to 8:30a.m. We ask that oil pans on the garage floor also be moved. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
  2. Painting – some interior painting will take place on Tuesday, September 20th, wet paint signs will be used. Please use caution around wet paint. If a door is propped open during this time we ask that you do not shut the door to allow paint to dry.
  3. Window Cleaning – scheduled for October 24th – 27th. More details and a map will be provided soon.

  1. Board Meeting Reminder – September 13th, in the 5th Floor Community Room, the Regular Session begins at 6PM.
  2. Garage Power Washing – scheduled for September 20th (North side) and September 21st (South side). Please have cars moved prior to 8:30a.m. We ask that oil pans on the garage floor also be moved. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
  3. Shopping Carts – we are still missing several shopping carts at this time. Please return shopping carts and place in cart track in the garage. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
  4. Window Cleaning – will be scheduled in October.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Labor Day – September 5th, the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
  2. Garage Power Washing – scheduled for September 20th (North side) and 21st (South side). Please have cars moved prior to 8:30a.m. If you have an oil pan on the garage floor this should also be moved. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
  3. Shopping Carts – we are missing several shopping carts at this time. Please be courteous to your neighbors and return shopping carts after each use to the cart track in the garage.
  4. Window Cleaning – will be scheduled in October.

Power Washing Notice - 9/20 & 9/21

NOTICE 8/26/2016

Annual Power Washing of Garage

Dear residents it is that time of year again to power wash the garage and we will need your assistance, we ask that you move your vehicle on the day of cleaning or make arrangements to leave your keys with Security. There will be no guest or vendor parking on these days as we utilize all spaces to move cars. Thank you!

The NORTH side of the garage will be cleaned on:

Tuesday, September 20th

from 8:30a.m. – 12:30p.m.

The SOUTH side of the garage will be cleaned on:

Wednesday, September 21st

from 8:30a.m. – 12:30p.m.

***Reminder: All items should be removed from garage floor including oil pans. Bicycles should be on a rack on the wall or in the bike storage area and not on the floor. Thank you!

  2. Elevator # 1 – the SW elevator on the India is not working, a part is needed for the repair and it is on order.
  3. Gym A/C – the A/C in the gym is not cooling properly. A work order has been dispatched.

Community Update - 7/25/16

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Manager Vacation – Audrey will be on vacation from 8/2 – 8/12. If you experience an after-hours maintenance emergency please call Community Care 1-800-400-2284 for assistance. For other assistance during my absence please contact Erika Smith, Regional Supervisor at esmith@actionlife.com.
  2. Stairwell Doors – the stairwell doors facing the interior of the building will be painted on Tuesday, July 26th. Please use caution around the wet paint.
  3. Marble Floor Polishing – scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, July 26th and 27th during the night. The marble area will be closed.
  4. 5th Floor Bathroom Tile – will be cleaned on Wednesday, July 27th during the night. The bathrooms will be closed during this time.
  5. Community Room – the stone tables will be cleaned on Wednesday, July 27th during the night. The tables will need to dry.
  6. Quarterly Fire Alarm Testing – scheduled for Thursday, July 28th 10:00am – 10:15am. Residents and pets should be prepared, the bell will ring for 10-15 minutes.

Fire Alam Testing 7/28/16

QUARTERLY

FIRE SPRINKLER ALARM TEST

Western Fire will be performing the quarterly fire sprinkler alarm test for the fire sprinkler system. The test will include sounding off of the internal alarm devices for 1 to 3 minutes. Please be aware that the Fire Doors will also shut and should remain closed until the technician resets them. All residents and pets should be prepared for this test.
