Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark
- Christmas Holiday Observed – Monday, December 26th as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. Vendors may work on Tuesday, December 27th.
- Christmas Holiday – Management office will be closed on 12/23 and 12/26. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency.
- Painting – some interior painting will take place on Tuesday, December 27th, wet paint signs will be used. Please use caution around wet paint. If a door is propped open during this time we ask that you do not shut the door to allow paint to dry.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark
1. Christmas Trees –the elevator pads will be in place over the weekend of December 17th and 18th in order to allow transport of trees. Please use elevators that are padded to transport trees. In order to help eliminate excess debris we ask that trees are bagged or wrapped when transporting them.
2. Package Pick up – please attempt to retrieve packages as they arrive. During the holidays the room becomes extremely full and it can be difficult to maneuver around to retrieve other items.
3. New Association Website – Action Property Management has recently revamped the Association’s website, giving it a new look and making it more user friendly. The website address is still www.watermarkcondos.org Please visit the updated site.
4. 2017 Association Dues – Please note that there is a slight increase in Association dues for 2017. Therefore, please make any necessary changes if you have signed up for auto debit or bank pay. If you have signed up on Vivo for automatic deductions the correct amount will automatically be withdrawn, no action is necessary.
** Please note, if your home is leased you may want to forward this communication to your tenant. You may also provide your tenants or property managers email address to Management in order to add them on the email blast list.

2. Staff Hours for the Thanksgiving Holiday – Management office will be closed on 11/24 and 11/25. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. Amada (Janitorial) will be off on 11/24.
Dean (Building Engineer) will be off on 11/25.
3. Palm Tree Pruning – will take place on Monday, November 28th.

5. Budget Mailer – the 2017 budget will be mailed by the end of the month. Please take time to review the budget and its enclosures.

- Directory Listing Form – please complete the Directory Listing form for the Directory Book if you have any changes. The books will be completed in early January. Please respond by Friday, December 16th. Please see the form attached or pick one up at the Security Desk. You can also reply to this email “no changes” so we do not think we missed your form.
- What is the Directory Book? – For residents that are new to our building this is a Directory Book that is published annually and distributed amongst residents at Watermark that contains your Name, Unit Number, Phone Number, and Email. This is a great way to communicate and provide your contact information in the event of an emergency. Thank you!

NOTICE 10/21/16
QUARTERLY
FIRE SPRINKLER ALARM TEST
Western Fire will be performing the quarterly fire sprinkler alarm test for the fire sprinkler system. The test will include sounding off of the internal alarm devices for 1 to 3 minutes. Please be aware that the Fire Doors will also shut and should remain closed until the technician resets them. All residents and pets should be prepared for this test.

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark
- Window Cleaning – scheduled for October 24th – 27th. Please remove your screens prior to this date. Please see map for cleaning schedule.
- Quarterly Fire Alarm Testing – scheduled for Thursday, October 27th 10:00am – 10:15am. Residents and pets should be prepared, the bell will ring for 1-3 minutes.
- Absence Notification – a form for residents who would like to inform us if you will be away from home. This is a voluntary form and it can be picked up at the Security Desk.
- Recycle Bin and Boxes- as a reminder cardboard boxes must be broken down prior to being placed in the recycle bin. Waste Management charges the Association extra when the bin is overflowing, so we ask that you help ensure that boxes are flattened. Electronic and Bulk items must be disposed of separately.
