Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark In anticipation of the heavy rains that have commenced, please assure that patio drains and scuppers are clear. Please communicate any leaks to management immediately by calling 619-795-1727 and follow the Plumbing Protocol. 1. Painting – some interior painting will take place on Tuesday, January 24th, wet paint signs will be used. Please use caution around wet paint. If a door is propped open during this time we ask that you do not shut the door to allow paint to dry. 2. Roof Sewer Vents – an inspection of some roof sewer vents on the India side will be performed. Please expect some noise during this time. The work is scheduled for Monday, January 23rd – Friday January 27th. (depending on weather) 3. Quarterly Fire Alarm Testing – scheduled for Thursday, January 26th 10:00am – 10:15am. Residents and pets should be prepared, the bell will ring for 1-3 minutes. 4. Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (1/31, 2/2, 2/7, 2/9) please save the date to move your car on the day your parking area will be jetted. 1. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 16th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. Management office will remain open this day. 2. Marble Floor Polishing – scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, January 17th and 18th during the night. The marble area will be closed. 3. Holiday Tree Recycling
After the holidays, your natural tree may be recycled! A Christmas tree is biodegradable; its branches may be removed, chipped, and used as mulch.

No: Ornaments -wrapping paper – trash
***Trees may be dropped off no sooner than Wednesday, January 4th as this is a homeowner’s parking space who kindly volunteered to give up their space for a few days. Please use the padded elevator cab for transportation of trees.

2017 Jetting of Horizontal Lines
Dear Residents,
Affordable Drain will be jetting the horizontal lines in the garage. At this time, we do not anticipate that there will be any interruption of water services. The following schedule sets forth the dates when Affordable Drain will be working in specific sections of the garage. The accompanying map sets forth these specific sections. All vehicles will need to be moved on the days when Affordable Drain is working in these specified sections of the garage.
Tuesday, Jan 31st (Sect. A/Yellow South Area) Parking Spaces 36-66 and 148-173
Thursday, Feb 2nd (Section B/Pink NE Area) Parking Spaces 1-7 and 67-104
Tuesday, Feb 7th (Sect. C/Green NW Area) Parking Spaces 8-29 and 105-129
Thursday, Feb 9th (Sect. D/Blue Center Area) Parking Spaces 30-35 and 130-147 and 174
From 9:00a.m. – 1:00p.m. each day
ALL VEHICLES WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE
SPECIFIED SECTIONS DURING THESE TIMES. NO GUESTS AND/OR VENDORS DURING THIS TIME WILL BE PERMITTED TO PARK IN THE GARAGE.
THERE WILL BE NO PARKING FOR CONTRACTORS IN THE GARAGE ON THESE DAYS
WATER SHUT OFFS WILL NOT BE APPROVED ON THESE DAYS
If you are unable to move your vehicle, you will need to make appropriate arrangements and you may wish to ask a friend or neighbor to move your vehicle.
