Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark
- India Call Box – the Call Box on the India side is not working at this time, it will be repaired soon. Please ask your guests to use the Columbia Call Box or enter through garage and check in with Security. We will notify you once it has been repaired.
- Garage Power Washing – is scheduled for September 27th and September 28th. Cars will need to be moved for this work.
- Window Cleaning – is scheduled for October 16th – 20th, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. More detailed information to follow soon.

Pesticide Spraying of Plants
BrightView Landscape will be spraying on the following day. Pets should be kept away from all planters and plant material.

QUARTERLY
FIRE SPRINKLER ALARM TEST
Western Fire will be performing the quarterly fire sprinkler alarm test for the fire sprinkler system. The test will include sounding off of the internal alarm devices for 1 to 3 minutes. Please be aware that the Fire Doors will also shut and should remain closed until the technician resets them. All residents and pets should be prepared for this test.

1. Assessment Statements – there has been a slight delay with statements this month. If you have not received your statement by July 31, 2017 and need your account information to make a payment, please call Community Care at 1-800-400-2284.
2. Marble Floor Polishing – scheduled for Wednesday, July 26th during the night. Please use caution during this time.
3. Mandatory Fire Inspection – scheduled Thursday, July 27th. Please contact Management if you are unable to be home for this and you would like to arrange for permission to enter.
4. 5th Floor Bathroom Tile – will be cleaned on Thursday, July 27th during the night. The bathrooms will be closed during this time.
5. Community Room – the stone tables will be cleaned on Thursday, July 27th during the night. The tables will need to dry, please do not use the tables for 24 hours. |

- Jeld-Wen Window Repairs – week of July 10th – July 14th. Those units affected have been contacted directly. Please note there will be some repairs that require a boom lift and the Columbia Entrance will be temporarily closed on Tuesday, July 11th to allow for repairs.

1. Lobby Door Painting – scheduled Tuesday, June 27th.
Painting of the lobby doors/casings will take place as follows:
The India side will be closed from 8:30am-1:00pm.
The Columbia side will be closed from 1:00pm-5pm.
Please use caution near the fresh paint. Thank you!
2. Gym Hand Weights – If any miscellaneous hand weights belong to you, please stop by the Security Desk to retrieve them. Unclaimed weights will be donated on July 3rd.
