Community Update - 8/18/17

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. India Call Box – the Call Box on the India side is not working at this time, it will be repaired soon. Please ask your guests to use the Columbia Call Box or enter through garage and check in with Security. We will notify you once it has been repaired.
2. Garage Power Washing – is scheduled for September 27^th and September 28th. Cars will need to be moved for this work.
3. Window Cleaning – is scheduled for October 16^th – 20^th, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. More detailed information to follow soon.

Pesticide Application - 8/16/17

Pesticide Spraying of Plants

BrightView Landscape will be spraying on the following day. Pets should be kept away from all planters and plant material.

Please use caution with your pets.

1. Plant Pesticide Application – scheduled for September 16th. Please use caution with your pets.

3. Volunteers Needed – for the Social Committee to help with the holiday event in December. Please contact management to join.

1. Board Meeting Reminder – August 8^th at 6:00PM in the 5^th Floor Community Room.

Fire Alarm Testing - 8/1/17

QUARTERLY

FIRE SPRINKLER ALARM TEST

Western Fire will be performing the quarterly fire sprinkler alarm test for the fire sprinkler system. The test will include sounding off of the internal alarm devices for 1 to 3 minutes. Please be aware that the Fire Doors will also shut and should remain closed until the technician resets them. All residents and pets should be prepared for this test.

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Manager Vacation – Audrey will be on vacation from 7/13 – 7/24. If you experience an after-hours emergency please call Community Care 1-800-400-2284 for assistance. For other assistance during my absence please contact Erika Smith, Regional Supervisor at esmith@actionlife.com.
2. Marble Floor Polishing – scheduled for Wednesday, July 26^th during the night. Please use caution during this time.
3. 5^th Floor Bathroom Tile – will be cleaned on Thursday, July 27^th during the night. The bathrooms will be closed during this time.
4. Community Room – the stone tables will be cleaned on Thursday, July 27^th during the night. The tables will need to dry, please do not use the tables for 24 hours.
5. Mandatory Fire Inspection – scheduled Thursday, July 27^th.

BrightView Landscape will be spraying for aphids, and applying snail bait on the following day. Pets should be kept away from all planters and plant material.

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Jeld-Wen Window Repairs – week of July 10^th – July 14^th. Those units affected have been contacted directly. Please note there will be some repairs that require a boom lift and the Columbia Entrance will be temporarily closed on Tuesday, July 11^th to allow for repairs.
