Community Update - 11/12/17

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Board Meeting Reminder – November 14th at 6:00PM in the 5^th Floor Community Room.
2. Elevator Refinish – we are refinishing the brass in the elevators November 13^th – 16^th.
3. Marble Floor and Elevator Cabs Strip & Seal – scheduled for November 13^th – 17^th, during the night. Please use caution when stepping onto the floor.
4. Water Shut Off – due to some pipe repairs the entire building water will be shut off on November 15^th from 9am-2pm.
5. Building Security – Please be extra careful when entering the building through the front lobby doors and/or the garage entrance and do not grant strangers, vendors, or delivery people access into the building. All vendors and delivery people must check in at the Security Desk. Please call Security at 619-236-0152 if you are followed in by someone.

Entire Bldg Water Shut Off - 11/15/17

WATER SHUT OFF NOTICE

Dear Residents:

Due to the necessity of making repairs to some pipes in the garage we will need to shut the water off to the entire building.  Accordingly,

ALL Water will be shut off to the entire building on

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15th  from 9:00a.m.- 2:00p.m.

We apologize for the inconvenience.  At this time, we ask that you do not schedule any plumbing repairs in your unit that require the water to be shut off. We will notify you via email if the repairs are completed and the water will be turned on sooner.

Elevator Refinish Dates

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

Elevator Refinish – we are refinishing the brass in the elevators and they will be shut down from 8:30am-5:00pm during the procedure; schedule is listed below.

Columbia SOUTH elevator will shut down Monday, Nov. 13^th.

India SOUTH elevator will shut down Tuesday, Nov. 14^th.

Columbia NORTH elevator will shut down Wednesday, Nov. 15^th.

India NORTH elevator will shut down Thursday, Nov. 16^th.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Chute Cleaning – scheduled for November 8^th from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Please do not use trash chutes during this time.
2. Veterans Day, is Friday, November 10^th – As a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
3. Elevator Refinish – we are refinishing the brass in the elevators beginning the week of November 13^th. A detailed schedule to follow soon.
4. Marble Floor and Elevator Cabs Strip & Seal – scheduled for November 13^th – 17^th, during the night. Please use caution when stepping onto the floor.

Community Update - 10/20/17

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Fire Sprinkler Repairs – scheduled for October 23rd – 27th, if your unit is leased, please communicate the date of repairs to your tenant. Someone must be present during the time of the repair. If you are not home during your scheduled day, the make-up day will be Monday, October 30^th.
2. Building Security – Please do not let vendors or package delivery personnel into the building. Please direct them to the Security Desk. Please call Security at 619-236-0152 if you are followed in by a stranger.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Columbus Day, October 9^th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
2. Plant Pesticide Application – scheduled for October 10th. Please use caution with your pets.
3. Board Meeting Reminder – October 10th at 6:00 PM in the 5^th Floor Community Room.
4. Manager Out of Office – Audrey will be out from 10/11 – 10/13. If you experience an after-hours emergency please call Community Care 1-800-400-2284 for assistance. For other assistance during my absence please contact Erika Smith, Regional Supervisor at esmith@actionlife.com.
5. Window Cleaning – scheduled for October 16^th – 20^th, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date.

Annual Garage Power Washing 9/27 & 9/28

Annual Power Washing of Garage

Dear residents it is that time of year again to power wash the garage and we will need your assistance, we ask that you move your vehicle on the day of cleaning or make arrangements to leave your keys with Security. There will be no guest or vendor parking on these days as we utilize all spaces to move cars. Thank you!

The NORTH side of the garage will be cleaned on: 

Wednesday, September 27^th

from 8:30a.m. – 12:30p.m.

The SOUTH side of the garage will be cleaned on:

Thursday, September 28^th

from 8:30a.m. – 12:30p.m.

***Reminder: All items should be removed from garage floor including oil pans. Bicycles should be on a rack on the wall or in the bike storage area and not on the floor. Thank you!

2. Garage Power Washing – is scheduled for September 27^th and September 28th. Cars will need to be moved for this work. Please see the bulletin notice for more details.
3. Window Cleaning – is scheduled for October 16^th – 20^th, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. More detailed information to follow soon.

2. Labor Day – September 4^th, the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
3. India Call Box – the Call Box is in working order. If you are experiencing any trouble, please email your manager directly.
4. Garage Power Washing – is scheduled for September 27^th and September 28th. Cars will need to be moved for this work. Please see the bulletin notice for more details.
