Community Update - General

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Exterior Building Repairs – phase 3 planter and stucco repairs are underway. Market Street courtyard repairs are in progress and should be completed in the next two weeks. Additional repairs to the market street courtyard are in the planning stage. More details will be forthcoming shortly.

2.Board Meeting Reminder – February 13th, in the 5th Floor Community Room, the Regular Session begins at 6:00 PM.

3.Presidents’ Day, February 19th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. The Management office will be closed on this day.

1.Exterior Building Repairs – phase 2 planter and stucco repairs are almost done. Phase 3 will start next week. Market Street courtyard repairs are in progress. Please note that there will be some loud drilling noise associated with courtyard repairs.

2.Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (2/6, 2/8) please save the date to move your car on the day your parking area will be jetted. No water shut offs will be approved during these dates. Please move your car according to the following schedule:

Tuesday, 2/6/18 – Spaces 8-29 & 105-129
Thursday, 2/8/18 – Spaces 30-35 & 130-147 & 174

2.Water Shut Off – due to some pipe repairs the entire building water will be shut off on Monday, January 29th from 9 AM – 1 PM.

3.Carpet Cleaning – is scheduled for Monday, January 29th on 3rd floor and garage level.

4.Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (1/30, 2/1, 2/6, 2/8) please save the date to move your car on the day your parking area will be jetted. No water shut offs will be approved during these dates. Please move your car according to the following schedule:

Thursday, 2/1/18 – Spaces 1-7 & 67-104

Community Update - Water Shut Off Notice

Dear Residents:

Due to the necessity of making repairs to the main water line we will need to shut the water off to the entire building.

ALL Water will be shut off to the entire building on MONDAY, JANUARY 29TH from 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM.

We apologize for the inconvenience. At this time, we ask that you do not schedule any plumbing repairs in your unit that require the water to be shut off. We will notify you via email if the repairs are completed and the water will be turned on sooner.

2.Marble Floor Polishing – scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, January 23rd, 24th and 25th during the overnight hours. Please use caution around the floors that are being polished.

  1. Exterior Building Repairs – phase 1 has been completed. New soil and landscaping will be put in soon.  Phase 2 (Market Street) has started and will take 2-3 weeks to complete.
  2. Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (1/30, 2/1, 2/6, 2/8) please save the date to move your car on the day your parking area will be jetted. No water shut offs will be approved during these dates.
  3. Shopping Carts – Please be considerate of your neighbors and return the carts to the garage immediately after use.
  4. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 15thas a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. Management office will remain open this day.

  1. Testing in Market St Courtyard – the testing will take place between Monday, January 8th and Tuesday, January 9thPlease avoid this area and we ask that you do not disturb the testing areas.  Please be aware that water may leak into the garage as a result of this. We will be asking specific homeowners that may be affected to move their vehicles during the testing period if they wish to do so.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1.     New Year Holiday Observed – Monday, January 1st as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.

2.     New Year Holiday – Management office will be closed on Monday, January 1st. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency.

3.     Testing in Market St Courtyard – there will be some planter testing in the Market Street Courtyard. The soil will be removed from the North rear planter between Thursday, January 4th and Friday, January 5th. The soil will be stored in the courtyard while the testing is conducted.  The testing will take place between Monday, January 8th and Tuesday, January 9thPlease avoid this area and we ask that you do not disturb the testing areas. Please be aware that water may leak into the garage as a result of this. Community Update- Holiday Tree Recycling

After the holidays, your natural tree may be recycled! A Christmas tree is biodegradable; its branches may be removed, chipped, and used as mulch.

Removal Date: Friday, January 5, 2018

Placed at: Parking Space # 117

No: Tree stands, nails, or screws

No: Flocked trees (white)

No: Ornaments -wrapping paper – trash

Trees may be dropped off no sooner than Wednesday, January 3rd as this is a homeowner’s parking space who kindly volunteered to give up their space for a few days. Please use the padded elevator cab for transportation of trees.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Exterior Repairs – Repairs are underway in Phase 1 (India Street). Phase 2 (Market Street) will start after the holidays.  Please be aware you may experience some noise during these repairs.
  2. Planter Testing – The Market Street Courtyard rear planter testing has been postponed until after the holidays.
  3. Recycle Bins – Package delivery season is upon us. Please flatten cardboard and paperboard before placing in the recycle bins.
