Community Update

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Window Cleaning – Is scheduled for April 23rd – 27th, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. A cleaning schedule is posted on the bulletin board.

2.Quarterly Fire Sprinkler and Annual Fire Alarm Testing – Is scheduled for Thursday, April 26th at 10 AM. Residents and pets should be prepared, the bell will ring for 10-15 minutes.

3.Building Security – Please be extra careful when entering the building through the front lobby doors and/or the garage entrance and do not grant strangers, vendors, or delivery people access into the building. All vendors and delivery people must check in at the Security Desk. Please call Security at 619-236-0152 if you are followed in by someone.

4.Guard Contact – Please save the Guard’s phone numbers to your cell phone. Security Desk 619-236-0152 and Security Cell 619-249-9753.


Community Update

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Exterior Building Repairs – The Columbia St. entrance will be closed on Monday, April 9th from 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM to prep the awning for planter repairs. The planter repairs at the Columbia St. entrance will be completed by Friday, April 13th. Please be aware you may experience some noise during these repairs.

2.Window Cleaning – Is scheduled for April 23rd – 27th, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. A cleaning schedule is posted on the bulletin board.

3.India Street Entrance – The call box/key fob has been repaired and is back in service.

4.Board Meeting Reminder – April 10th at 6:00 PM in the 5th Floor Community Room.


Community Update - Window Washing

Dear Residents:

A&M Facility Services will begin cleaning exterior windows for the building on Monday, April 23rd. All homeowners will need to have their screens removed from their windows prior to Monday, April 23rd. If you need assistance removing your screens, A&M will provide that service for the fee set forth below. Any windows with screens left on will not be cleaned. Screens may be replaced after window cleaning is completed on Friday, April 27th.

Community Update

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.India Street Entrance – The call box/key fob is out of service. A key is required to gain entrance at this location.

2.Exterior Building Repairs – Phase 3 has been completed. New soil and landscaping will be put in soon. Phase 4, which includes the Columbia Street entrance, is underway. Please be aware you may experience some noise during these repairs. Market Street courtyard planter repairs and perimeter trim caps will be completed today.

3.Board Meeting Reminder – April 10th at 6:00 PM in the 5th Floor Community Room.

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.India Street Entrance – the call box memory board has failed and needs to be replaced. As a result the call box will be out of service for approximately 5-10 days.

2.Carpet Cleaning – is scheduled for 1st floor and garage level on Monday, March 26th. Please try to avoid walking on the wet carpet but if you do so, please use caution when stepping onto the marble from the carpet.

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Elevator Full Load Safety Test – will be conducted on Monday, March 19th. During the testing each elevator will be out of service for approximately two (2) hours. Testing will be begin at 6:30 AM.

2.Annual Meeting – Thank you to those who participated, we established quorum. We would like to thank the homeowners who volunteered as Inspectors of Election: Sherrie McNaughton, Linda Wuethrich and Janis Miyoshi. We would also like to thank the Candidates who submitted statements to run for the Board: John Gowan, Melissa Blackburn Joniaux and Frank Wilson. We would like to congratulate those who were re-elected to the Board of Directors: John Gowan, Melissa Blackburn Joniaux and Frank Wilson. Official Results have been posted.

3.Bulk (Large) Item or Electronic Disposal – Watermark is not set up for bulk or electronic waste disposal. Contact Management to make arrangements for disposal for a fee of $45.00 per item. If prior arrangements are not made you may be called to a hearing and subject to a fine in addition to the cost of disposal.

2.Annual Meeting Reminder –March 13th at 7:00 PM. Food and refreshments will be served.

3.Exterior Building Repairs – Phase 3 planter and stucco repairs including the Market Street courtyard planters will be completed by the end of next week. Phase 4, which includes more Columbia Street planters, is scheduled to start on Monday, March 19th.

2.Annual Meeting Reminder – Tuesday, March 13th at 7:00 PM. We are still in need of ballots. Please VOTE! You may turn in your ballot to the security guards. Food and refreshments will be served.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Exterior Building Repairs – Phase 3 repairs are almost complete. Phase 4, which includes more Columbia Street planters, is about to begin. Phase 1 Market Street courtyard planters should be completed shortly. Plans are still being evaluated for additional courtyard repairs. Details will be forthcoming. Painting of the lower skirt of the building is being done as stucco and planter repairs are completed.

1.Exterior Building Repairs – phase 3 planter and stucco repairs are almost complete. Phase 4 will be starting next week. Market Street courtyard repairs are in progress and should be completed in the next two weeks. Additional repairs to the market street courtyard are in the planning stage. More details will be forthcoming shortly.

2.Annual Meeting Reminder – will be held on Tuesday, March 13th. We are still in need of ballots. Please VOTE! You may turn in your ballot to the security guards.

3.Presidents’ Day, February 19th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. The Management office will be closed on this day.
