Community Update

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Labor Day – September 3rd, the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.

2.Garage Power Washing – Is scheduled for September 26th and September 27th. Cars will need to be moved for this work. Please see the bulletin notice for more details.

3.Window Cleaning – Is scheduled for October 15th – 19th, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. More detailed information to follow soon.

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Market Street Courtyard – The current phase, which includes caulking of the entire courtyard and drain repairs, is underway. Please avoid walking on the Market St. courtyard during these repairs. We will provide updates as needed.

3.Carpet Cleaning – Scheduled for Monday, August 27th on 4th floor and 5th floor/clubroom.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Market Street Courtyard – The current phase, which includes caulking of the entire courtyard and drain repairs, is underway. Please avoid walking on the Market St. courtyard during these repairs. We will provide updates as needed.

3.Pets – Dogs must be on a leash at all times and under personal control. Per City code the leash is not to exceed 6 feet.

1.Market Street Courtyard – Repairs to planter #53 have been completed. New landscaping will be put in next week. The next phase, which includes caulking of the entire courtyard, is underway. Please do not use the Market St. courtyard for and exiting the building. This phase will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. We will provide updates as needed.

2.Board Meeting Reminder – August 14th, in the 5th Floor Community Room, the Regular Session begins at 6:00 PM.

1.Marble Floor Polishing – Scheduled for Tuesday, August 7th and Wednesday, August 8th during the night. Please use caution during this time.

2.5th Floor Bathroom Tile – Will be cleaned on Thursday, August 9th during the night. The bathrooms will be closed during this time.

3.Community Room – The stone tables will be cleaned on Thursday, August 9th during the night. The tables will need to dry, please do not use the tables for 24 hours.

4.Board Meeting Reminder – August 14th, in the 5th Floor Community Room, the Regular Session begins at 6:00 PM.

2.Quarterly Fire Sprinkler Inspection – Scheduled for Wednesday, August 1st. This inspection is visual only – no alarms will sound.

3.Marble Floor Polishing – Scheduled for Tuesday, August 7th and Wednesday, August 8th during the night. Please use caution during this time.

The work will consist of the repairing planter #53, caulking the entire courtyard and replacing the brick insets with concrete stamps. The project will take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. We will provide updates as needed.

2.Carpet Cleaning – Is scheduled for 1st floor and garage level on Monday, July 30th. Please try to avoid walking on the wet carpet but if you do so, please use caution when stepping onto the marble from the carpet.

3.Quarterly Fire Sprinkler Inspection – Scheduled Wednesday, August 1st. This inspection is visual only – no alarms will sound.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Market St. Courtyard – We will begin to make waterproofing repairs on the Market St. courtyard including the steps on July 18th. The work will consist of the repairing planter #53, caulking the entire courtyard and replacing the brick insets with concrete stamps. The project will take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete.

2.Planter #53 – The work will consist of the landscapers removing soil, vegetation and irrigation lines in the raised planter. The contractor will be waterproofing the planter and repairing the stucco. The soil will be replaced, new irrigation lines will be installed and new plants will be planted once the planter has been repaired. We will provide updates as needed.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.4th of July BBQ – Reminder that the 4th of July BBQ is on July 4th from 4 PM – 7 PM in the 5th Floor Community Room. Please sign up on bulletin board by June 30th.

2.4th of July Holiday – Wednesday, July 4th, the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.

3.Manager Vacation – Tracy will be on vacation from 7/2 – 7/9.

4.Palm Tree Trimming – The palm trees located on the Market St. courtyard will be trimmed on July 9th.

5.Board Meeting Reminder – July 10th, in the 5th Floor Community Room, the Regular Session begins at 6:00 PM.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Carpet Cleaning – Is scheduled for 2nd floor and 5th floor/clubroom on Monday, June 25th. Please try to avoid walking on the wet carpet but if you do so, please use caution when stepping onto the marble from the carpet.

2.Exterior Building Repairs – Repairs on the Market Street pyramid wall have been completed. New soil and plantings will be installed on Thursday, June 28th.

3.4th of July BBQ – Reminder that the 4th of July BBQ is Wednesday, July 4th from 4 PM – 7 PM in the 5th Floor Community Room. Please sign up on bulletin board by June 30th.
