Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things
happening here at Watermark
- Garbage Room Power Washing – is scheduled for Wednesday, September 4th from
8:30am-12:00pm. Please do not place items down trash chute during
this time.
- Roof Make-Up Air Fans– the four fans on the roof will be replaced on Wednesday, September 4th from 8:30am-5:00pm.
You may experience some noise from the roof areas.
- Garage Power Washing – is scheduled for September 25th (North
side) and September 26th (South side). Cars will need to be moved for this work. More
details to follow soon.
- Window Cleaning and Building Power Washing – will be scheduled for October, please remember to remove your
screens prior to this date. More detailed information to follow soon.
- Labor Day – September 2nd, the Management office will be closed. Call
1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is
permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.

- Elevator # 4 Columbia– the control panel replacement work will take place tomorrow, Thursday, August 29th from 7:30am-4:30pm.
The elevator will be out of service during this time.
- Mailbox Area Painting– This will
take place on Thursday, August 29th from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Please
exercise caution around this area and be careful of the wet paint.

Just a brief update on things
happening here at Watermark
- Garage Gate Repairs– have been
rescheduled for Tuesday, August 20th from 9:30am to 2pm. These are
necessary gate repairs.
We will have to interrupt traffic to
close the garage gate between 9:30am – 11:30am for some repairs. We will do our
best to work with any emergency situation. There will be times that the
driveway can be blocked for intervals of 30 minutes until the work is completed.
GARAGE GATE CLOSURE
August 20th from 9:30am to 11:30am.
You will not be able to ENTER or EXIT the garage between the
hours of 9:30am to 11:30am, you may experience a delay in entering and exiting
the garage until 2pm.
We kindly request that you utilize
an alternate entrance to the building if you are walking. Please advise your guests and contractors of
gate closure.

You may experience a delay in entering and exiting the garage during this time. We kindly request that you utilize an alternate entrance to the building if you are walking.
Board Meeting Reminder – August 13th at 6:00PM in the 5th Floor Community Room.
Spraying of Plants – the plants will be sprayed with a pesticide on Friday, August 16th. Please exercise caution with your pets.
Trash Reminder – please tie and secure all trash bags being placed down the chute.
Carpet Cleaning – 2nd Floor and 5th Floor carpet will be cleaned on Monday, August 26th.

Homeowners’ Association
NOTICE 8/12/19
Courtesy Reminder
Recently, we have
experienced instances of unbagged trash and liquids being put down the trash
chutes. This has resulted in an additional expense for the Association. Please
observe the following guidelines.
- Please tie or secure all trash bags before dropping them in the chutes.
This will help eliminate spills and control odors.
- If your bag is too large to push down the chute, then please bring it downstairs
and dispose of it in the dumpster.
- If your bag is very heavy, or there is any possibility that the bag may
not hold the contents after being dropped several floors down the chute, please
bring it directly to the dumpster.
- Please do not leave your trash bag or any other discarded items on the
floor of the chute room or trash room.

- G St Courtyard – we will be
making some repairs to the G Street Courtyard in mid-July. We will be closing
part of the courtyard for repairs. More details to follow soon.
- Building Security – Please be careful when entering the building through the front
lobby doors and do not grant strangers access into the
building or elevator. Refer them to Security.

WATER SHUT OFF NOTICE
Dear Residents:
Due to
the replacement of boilers and necessary plumbing repairs in the garage we will
need to shut the HOT & COLD water off to the entire building. Accordingly,
HOT & COLD Water will be shut off to the entire building on
Tuesday, June 25th from 9:00a.m.- 5:00p.m.
We apologize for the inconvenience. At this time, we ask that you do not schedule any plumbing repairs in your unit that require the water to be shut off. We will notify you via email if the repairs are completed and the water will be turned on sooner.
