Just a brief update on things
happening here at Watermark
- Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (2/25, 2/27) please remember that cars must be
moved by 8:30am on the day your parking area will be jetted. No water shut offs
will be approved on these dates.
- Social Event –
the next Season’s 52 event will be held on March
25th. More details to follow soon.
- Recycle Bin – In an effort to assist the community
from receiving contamination fees, Waste Management has delivered a GREEN
recycle bag for each unit. Please stop by the Security Desk to pick up your
bag! You may fill the bag and empty its contents into the recycle bin. PLEASE DO NOT TOSS PLASTIC BAGS IN THE RECYCLE BIN. All shredded paper must be tied in a bag and
placed in the trash bin, not the recycle bin.

Just a brief update on things
happening here at Watermark
- Quarterly Fire Alarm Testing – scheduled for Wednesday, January 29th
10:00am – 10:15am. Residents and pets should be prepared, the bell may
ring for 1-3 minutes.
- Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (2/18, 2/20, 2/25, 2/27) please save the date to
move your car on the day your parking area will be jetted. No water shut offs
will be approved on these dates.
- In Unit Fire Sprinkler Repairs – (2/24 – 2/28) we received the inspection report and
some units are in need of repairs. Those units affected will be receiving
individual letters. Please contact Management if you would like to know if your
unit is in need of fire sprinkler repairs.
- Package Notification Form – we are using a new package tracking system. With the new
system you are able to receive email or text notifications; or you may to
continue to receive a phone call when your package arrives. We ask that you
complete a delivery notification form if you have not done so already. You may pick one up at the Security Desk.

2020 Jetting of Horizontal Lines
Dear
Residents,
Affordable Drain will be jetting the horizontal
lines in the garage. At this time, we do not anticipate that there will be any interruption
of water services. The following
schedule sets forth the dates when Affordable Drain will be working in specific
sections of the garage. The accompanying
map sets forth these specific sections.
All vehicles will need to be moved on the days when Affordable Drain is working
in these specified sections of the garage.

- New Delivery Notification – Our new package tracking and notification system has been installed. With the new system you will be able to receive email, text, or phone notifications when your package arrives. Also, you will be asked to sign when you pick up the package. A form will authorize text and/or email notifications. If you wish to continue receiving calls, you may do so by indicating on the form. While you may change your authorization at any time, we ask that you make an initial designation by January 17th. We will have some forms at the Security Desk.

happening here at Watermark
- Christmas Tree Removal –is scheduled for Tuesday, January 7thth.
The elevators will be padded on Sunday, January 5th for transport of trees.
Please do not drop off natural trees prior to Sunday. The tree must be free of
ornaments and/or flocking and may be placed in parking space # 136 from Sunday
until Tuesday at 7am.
- Stucco
Repairs in Courtyard – repairs
will be made to the stucco on the planters on the courtyard from 1/10-1/24. Weather permitting, the courtyard stucco will
be power washed on Friday, January 10th.
Please keep your windows closed on this day.
- 2020 Association Dues Amount Change – there has been a change in the amount of member
assessments effective January 1, 2020. Please make any necessary changes if you have
signed up for bank pay. If you have signed up for automatic deductions the
correct amount will automatically be withdrawn, no action is necessary.

Holiday Tree Recycling
After the
holidays, your natural tree may be recycled! A Christmas tree is biodegradable;
its branches may be removed, chipped, and used as mulch.

- 2020 Association Dues Amount Change – there has been a change in the amount for assessment
effective January 1, 2020. Please make any necessary changes if you have
signed up for bank pay. If you have signed up for automatic deductions the
correct amount will automatically be withdrawn, no action is necessary.
- Christmas Tree Removal –is scheduled for Tuesday, January 7thth.
Please use padded elevators to transport trees. We are seeking residents
to volunteer their parking space for this to take place.
- Recycle
Boxes Must Be Flattened – boxes are
still being tossed in the recycle bin without flattening them. The Association
has been charged $150.00 for the overflowing bin and for contamination.

- Christmas Trees –the elevator pads will be in place over the weekend of December
14th and 15thin order to allow transport of trees. Please use elevators that are padded
to transport trees. In order to help eliminate excess debris we ask that trees
are bagged or wrapped when transporting them.
- Package
Pick Up – please attempt to retrieve
packages as they arrive. During the holidays the room becomes extremely full
and it can be difficult to maneuver around to retrieve other items.
- Recycle
Boxes Must Be Flattened – it has come
to our attention that many residents are tossing boxes in the recycle bin
without flattening them. Please remember that the recycle bin will overflow and
the Association will be charged $150.00 for an overflowing bin.

BrightView Landscape will be spraying on the
following day (Market Street Courtyard only). Pets
should be kept away from all planters and plant material.

- Thanksgiving Holiday, November 28th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. Vendors may work on Friday, November 29th.
- Staff Hours for the Thanksgiving Holiday – Management office will be closed on 11/28 and 11/29. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. Amada (Janitorial) will be off on 11/28.
- Valentin (Building Engineer) will be off on 11/29. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
