Just a brief update on things
happening here at Watermark
- Columbus Day – Monday, October 12th – as a reminder there is no work
permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
- Board Meeting Reminder – October 13th at 6:00p.m. Via ZOOM.
- Garage Metal Gate – the metal gate will be replaced soon. We are
estimating this to take place on Wednesday, of
October 14th. We will
provide the exact hours of gate closure 24 hours prior. Please plan according
if you need to leave building with your car that day; or if you have a guest or
vendor using your parking space.

Just a brief update on things
happening here at Watermark
- Labor Day – September 7th, the Management office will be closed. Call
1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is
permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
- Garage Power Washing – will be scheduled soon. Cars will need to be moved for this work. More
details to follow.

Just a brief update on things
happening here at Watermark
- Garage Additional Lighting – we will be
installing some additional lighting around the garage ramp entrance Thursday,
August 20th from 8:30am to 10:30am.
There will be times that the
driveway can be blocked for intervals of 20 minutes until the work is
completed.
Please notify Security if you need
to exit while the gate is down and we will pause work and open the gate. We
will do our best to work with any emergency situation.

August 20th from 8:30am to 10:30am.
We kindly request that you utilize
an alternate entrance to the building if you are walking. Please advise your guests and contractors of
gate closure.

WATER SHUT OFF NOTICE
Dear Residents:
Due to an
accumulated series of repairs, we have need to have a whole building water shut
off. These repairs include replacement of several emergency cut-off
valves, replacement of several sections of cast iron drain pipe, camera
examination of a sewer mainline, and replacement of some sections of copper supply
line. We will have multiple plumbers working simultaneously on this
project to effect the repairs as quickly as possible.
HOT & COLD Water will be shut off
to the entire building on
Wednesday, August
19th
from 9:00a.m.- 4:00p.m.
We
apologize for the inconvenience. At this
time, we ask that you do not schedule
any plumbing repairs in your unit that require the water to be shut off. We
will notify you via email if the repairs are completed and the water will be
turned on sooner.
It is encouraged that all residents run all the water in their home for
3-5 minutes to allow for hot water to circulate throughout your unit after the
water is turned back on. Running your water assists in the release of air
pockets trapped inside the plumbing.

- Garage Gate Repairs– have been scheduled
for Monday, August 10th from 9:30am to 2pm. These are necessary gate
repairs.
We will have to interrupt traffic to
close the garage gate between 9:00am – 11:30am for some repairs. We will do our
best to work with any emergency situation. There will be times that the
driveway can be blocked for intervals of 30 minutes until the work is completed.
GARAGE GATE CLOSURE
August 10th from 9:00am to 11:30am.
You will not be able to ENTER or EXIT the garage between the
hours of 9:00am to 11:30am, you may experience a delay in entering and exiting
the garage until 2pm.
We kindly request that you utilize
an alternate entrance to the building if you are walking. Please advise your guests and contractors of
gate closure.

NOTICE 07/14/20
Building Window Cleaning
Dear
Residents:
Window
cleaning will take place on July 20th – July 24th. The
windows will be cleaned with a pole fed system that we will leave your windows
wet and will need to air dry.
A&M
Facility Services will begin cleaning perimeter
windows on the 4th
Floor on Monday,
July 20th and Tuesday, July 21st.
Window
cleaning of the perimeter of the building Floors 1- 3 will take place on Tuesday, July 21st
and Wednesday, July 22nd.
Window
cleaning of windows facing the courtyards (Floors 1-4) will
take place on Thursday,
July 23rd.
All
homeowners will need to have their screens removed from their windows prior to
the day of their window cleaning.
If
you need assistance removing your screens, A&M will provide that service
for the fee set forth below. Any windows with screens left on will not be
cleaned. Screens may be replaced after window cleaning is completed.

Just a brief update on things
happening here at Watermark
- Building Perimeter Sidewalk – some repairs
to the sidewalk around the building perimeter have been scheduled for July 6th and July 7th.
We ask that you exercise caution around the working area during this time. Please note you may experience some loud noise
and dust during the repairs.
- Marble Floor Polishing – scheduled for Tuesday,
Wednesday, and Thursday, July 14th, July 15th, and July
16thduring the night. Please use caution during
this time.
- 5th Floor Bathroom Tile – will be cleaned on Wednesday, July 15th during the night. The bathrooms
will be closed during this time.
- Community Room –
the stone tables will be cleaned on Thursday,
July 16th during the night. The tables will need to dry,
please do not use the tables for 24 hours.
- Window Cleaning – will be scheduled for mid to late July. More detailed information to
follow soon.

Annual Meeting 2020 – Thank you to those who participated via Zoom and those who mailed in their ballots, we established quorum.
We would like to thank the homeowner who volunteered as Inspector of Election: Mark Cujak.
We would also like to thank the Candidates who submitted statements to run for the Board and congratulate them as they were elected to the board: John Gowan, Laserik Saunders, and Joan Wojcik.

- Social Event –
the Season’s 52 event has been postponed. We will provide a new date soon.
- Elevators –
please use caution when carrying items or using a cart in the elevator as to
not scratch the brass. Additionally, please do not use sharp objects to press
the call buttons for the elevator.
- Inclement Weather – just as a reminder during the rainy season, you may want to check your
patio drains to ensure they are clear from debris and that they are not covered
by a piece of furniture or rug in order to allow for proper drainage.

caution near wet paint.
- Social Event –
the next Season’s 52 event will be held on March
25th. More details to follow soon.
- Board Meeting Reminder – March 10that 6:00p.m. in the 5th Floor Community
Room.
- Recycle Bin – In an effort to assist the community
from receiving contamination fees, Waste Management has delivered a GREEN
recycle bag for each unit. Please stop by the Security Desk to pick up your
bag! You may fill the bag and empty its contents into the recycle bin. PLEASE DO NOT TOSS PLASTIC BAGS IN THE RECYCLE BIN. All shredded paper must be tied in a bag and
placed in the trash bin, not the recycle bin.
