Mandatory (Temporary) Removal of Bikes in Storage Area
–
As a result of the inspections carried
out while doing plumbing work in the bike area, we have been advised to jet the
storm the drain in the bike storage area of the garage. Consequently, we
will need bicycles removed again next week on
Wednesday, December 4th from 8:30am to 1pm.
Due to the urgent nature of
the repairs, if your bicycle is not removed, we will have to cut the lock and
your bike will be removed to allow the repairs to be made. The Association cannot be held responsible if
it is necessary to cut locks or move bicycles.

Just a brief update on things
happening here at Watermark
- Thanksgiving Holiday, November 28th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. Vendors may work on Friday, November 29th.
- Staff Hours for the Thanksgiving Holiday – Management office will be closed on 11/28 and 11/29. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. Amada (Janitorial) will be off on 11/28. Valentin (Building Engineer) will be off on 11/29. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
- Package Pick up – please attempt to retrieve packages as they arrive. During the holidays the room becomes extremely full and it can be difficult to maneuver around to retrieve other items. ***Please remember to flatten all boxes prior to disposal to help eliminate extra charges.
- Christmas Trees –the elevator pads will be in place over the weekend of December 14th and 15thin order to allow transport of trees. Please use elevators that are padded to transport trees. In order to help eliminate excess debris we ask that trees are bagged or wrapped when transporting them.
- Painting – in the gym will take place on Wednesday, November 27th, wet paint signs will be used. Please use caution around wet paint. If a door is propped open during this time we ask that you do not shut the door to allow paint to dry.
- Holiday Party – reminder the Annual Watermark Holiday event is Sunday, December 1st from 4pm – 8pm in the 5th Floor Community Room.

We are going make some
necessary storm pipe repairs in the bike storage area. If your bicycle is
located in the storage area we kindly request that you temporarily remove your
bicycle from the bike storage area on
Tuesday, November 26th from 9am to 5pm.
Due to the urgent nature of
the repairs, if your bicycle is not removed, we will have to cut the lock and

At this time we noticed
several bikes that are not registered and tagged. Please stop by the Security
Desk and register your bicycle.

holiday, please notify your contractors.
- Elevator Exterior Refinish – we are refinishing the exterior brass
on the elevators November 12th – November 15th. Details are attached and have been posted on
the bulletin board.
- Board Meeting Reminder – November 12that 6:00p.m. in the 5th
Floor Community Room.

Just a brief update on things
happening here at Watermark
- In Unit Mandatory Fire Sprinkler
Inspection – scheduled for Thursday, October 24th. Please
contact Management if you are unable to be home for this and you would like to
arrange for permission to enter. A staff member will accompany the inspector.
- Unsolicited Flyers – some flyers were distributed by BuSo Corp for carpet cleaning, please be
advised that this was not authorized nor is it endorsed by the Association.
Please disregard the flyer. Management has contacted the respective parties
about this matter.
- Building Security – please remember to not allow vendors,
delivery people, or strangers into the building. Please ask them to go down the
garage ramp and check in with Security.
- Elevator Refinish – we are refinishing the brass in the
elevators beginning the week of November 4th. Details are posted on
the bulletin board.

- Board Meeting Reminder – October 8that 6:00p.m. in the 5th
Floor Community Room.
- Columbus Day, October 14th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the
holiday, please notify your contractors.
- Shopping Carts – we are in need of shopping carts,
carts should be returned after each use. Please do not leave shopping carts in
the hallway or in the elevator.
- Recycle Bin – Please remember to break down all
boxes. Plastic bags are no longer permissible in the recycle bin.
- Bulk Item or Electronic Disposal – Watermark is not set up for bulk or electronic waste
disposal. Contact Management to make
arrangements for disposal of certain items for a fee of $15.00 – $45.00 per
item. If prior arrangements are not made you may be called to a hearing and
subject to a fine in addition to the cost of disposal.

- Sundeck – maintenance repairs are almost complete. We anticipate the Sundeck to be ready for use on Sunday. We will send an email once the repairs have been completed.
- Painting – the elevator jambs on the Indiaside will be painted on Friday, September 27th. Please use caution around the elevators.23
- Carpet Cleaning – 1st Floor and Garage carpet will be cleaned on Monday, September 30th.

WATER SHUT OFF NOTICE
Dear Residents:
It has
become necessary to replace plumbing valves that are no longer operational. In order to complete the necessary plumbing
repairs in the garage, we will be required to shut off the HOT & COLD water
to the entire building. Accordingly,
HOT & COLD Water will be shut off
to the entire building on
Tuesday, September
17th
from 9:00a.m.- 1:00p.m.
We
apologize for the inconvenience. At this
time, we ask that you do not schedule
any plumbing repairs in your unit that require the water to be shut off during
this repair period.
We will notify
you via email when the repairs are completed and in order to minimize any
inconvenience, the repairs will be undertaken as expeditiously as possible.
