Water Shut Off Notice

Dear Residents:

Due to the necessity of making repairs to the main water line we will need to shut the water off to the entire building.

ALL Water will be shut off
to the entire building on
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20TH
9:00 AM- 1:00 PM

We apologize for the inconvenience. At this time, we ask that you do not schedule any plumbing repairs in your unit that require the water to be shut off. We will notify you via email if the repairs are completed and the water will be turned on sooner.

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Water Shut Off – due to a hot water supply line repair the entire building water will be shut off on Wednesday, June 20th from 9 AM – 1 PM.

2.Manager Vacation Day – Tracy will be on vacation on Friday, June 15th.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Exterior Building Repairs – The planter waterproofing and stucco repairs have been completed. Contractors will be on site for another week or two working on the final walk through punch list. Additional repairs to the Market Street courtyard are in the planning stage.

2.Board Meeting Reminder – June 12th, in the 5th Floor Community Room, the Regular Session begins at 6:00 PM.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.5th Floor Sun Deck – The 5th floor sun deck will be closed on June 4th from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for scheduled recaulking.

2.Exterior Building Repairs – Repairs on the Market Street pyramid wall have been completed. New soil and plantings will be installed on June 6th.

3.Board Meeting Reminder – June 12th, in the 5th Floor Community Room, the Regular Session begins at 6:00 PM.

2.Memorial Day – Monday, May 28th the Management office will be closed. Please call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.

3.Carpet Cleaning – Is scheduled for 3rd floor and garage level on Tuesday, May 29th. Please try to avoid walking on the wet carpet but if you do so, please use caution when stepping onto the marble from the carpet.

2.Annual Brick Cleaning – Scheduled for May 23rd & May 24th.
The Columbia entrance will be closed on May 23rd from 8 AM-5 PM and the India entrance will be closed on May 24th from 8 AM-5 PM to allow the bricks to dry.

1.Cinco de Mayo Party – Reminder that the Watermark Cinco de Mayo Party is Saturday, May 5th from 4 PM – 7 PM. HOA providing “happy hour” food. Bring your own beverages.

2.Annual Furniture Cleaning – The furniture in the Lobbies and the Community Room will be cleaned on Wednesday, May 9th. Please do not use the furniture on this day. Thank you.

1.Exterior Building Repairs – Phase 4 (Columbia St.) has been completed. New soil and landscaping will be put in soon. The final phase (pyramid wall on Market Street) has started and will take 2-3 weeks to complete.

1.Window Cleaning – Is scheduled for April 23rd – 27th, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. A cleaning schedule is posted on the bulletin board.

2.Quarterly Fire Sprinkler and Annual Fire Alarm Testing – Is scheduled for Thursday, April 26th at 10 AM. Residents and pets should be prepared, the bell will ring for 10-15 minutes.
