Community Update - 5/26/17

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Memorial Day – May 29th, the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
  2. Gym Hand Weights – recently a new rack with weights was installed in the gym. All miscellaneous weights were removed. If any of these hand weights belong to you, please stop by the Security Desk to pick up your weights. Unclaimed weights will be donated on July 3rd.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Brick Cleaning – scheduled for May 25th & May 26th.

The Columbia entrance will be closed on 5/25 from 8am-5:30pm and the India entrance will be closed on 5/26 from 8am-5:30pm to allow the bricks to dry.

  1. Furniture Cleaning – the furniture in the Lobbies and the Community Room will be cleaned on Friday, May 12th. Please do not use the furniture on this day. Thank you.
  2. Window Cleaning – scheduled for May 15th – 19th. Please see bulletin for detailed information.
  3. Brick Cleaning – scheduled for May 25th & May 26th.

Window Cleaning - May 2017

Building Window Cleaning 

Dear Residents,

A&M Facility Services will begin window cleaning for the building exterior. All homeowners will need to remove their screens from the interior prior to Monday, May 15th. Any windows with screens left on will not be cleaned. Screens may be replaced after window cleaning on Friday, May 19th.

Community Update - 4/21/17

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Garage Drainpipe Replacement – this project continues through May. Water may be cut off to limited areas during this process, and some cars may need to be moved. We will post water shut off notices 48 hours in advance, and we will notify you if your vehicle(s) needs to be moved.
  2. Initial Jeld-Wen Window Repairs scheduled for April 24th and April 28th. If you are scheduled for Monday, April 24th you have already received a separate email. If you are on the schedule for Friday, April 28th you will be receiving a separate email soon.a. We anticipate all jamb liner repairs will be completed on these dates.b. Measurements will be taken on these days for window seal failures. The glass will be ordered and installation will be scheduled at a future date.c. Plantation shutters must be removed and any furniture in front of windows affected must be moved in order for window repairs to take place.
  3. Quarterly Fire Sprinkler and Annual Fire Alarm Testing – scheduled for Thursday, April 27th at 10am. Residents and pets should be prepared, the bell will ring for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Window Cleaning – re-scheduled for May 15th – 19th, due to window repairs. More detailed information to follow soon.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Garage Drainpipe Replacement – as part of our on-going preventative maintenance, more pipe will be replaced in the garage. This project will begin on Tuesday, April 4th through mid-May. Water may be cut off to limited areas during this process and some cars may need to be moved while work is being performed. We will be posting water shut off notices 48 hours in advance and we will notify you if your vehicle(s) need to be moved for the repair. Please contact Management with any questions.
  2. Initial Window Repairs scheduled for April 24th and April 28th.

a. We anticipate all jamb liner repairs (the parts that control up and down movement) will be completed on these dates.

b. The technician will be taking measurements for window seal failures.  The glass will be ordered and a future date will be scheduled for installation of new glass.

c. Please note that plantation shutters must be removed and any furniture in front of windows affected must be moved in order for window repairs to take place.

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1.    Elevator Painting 5th Floor –on Tuesday, March 28th.

Painting of the elevator doors/casings on the Columbia side will take place as follows and the elevator will be closed for a period:

The North side will be closed from 9am-12noon.

The South side will be closed from 1pm-4pm.

This will allow the paint to dry. We ask that you use caution near the fresh paint. Thank you for your cooperation.

2.    Carpet Cleaning – is scheduled for Monday, March 27th. Please try to avoid walking on the wet carpet but if you do so, please use caution when stepping onto the marble from the carpet.

3.    Absence Notification – there is a form for residents who would like to inform us if you will be away from home. This is a voluntary form and it can be picked up at the Security Desk.

  1. Annual Meeting Reminder – will be held on Tuesday, March 14th. We are still in need of ballots. Please VOTE! You may turn in your ballot to the security guards.
