​Dear Watermark Homeowner,

We will be holding a Town Hall meeting on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm in the 5th Floor Community Room.  The purpose is to discuss options for carpet replacement.  This will not be a formal Board meeting but rather a chance to discuss possible paths forward.

Community Update - 11/5/21

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. 4th Floor Painting India – will begin on Monday, November 8th – November 12th from 8:30am- 5pm. Please exercise caution when entering and exiting your unit.  The ceilings, baseboards, and unit door trim and jamb will be painted. The painters will place a notice on your door when your door trim and jamb will be painted. A plastic shield will be placed at your door when the ceiling outside of your unit is being painted.
  2. Balcony/Patio Inspections – We are emailing residents directly with the new date and time, please be on the lookout for the email regarding balcony inspection. If you are not home for this inspection you may grant permission to enter.
  3. Board Meeting Reminder – November 9th at 6:00pm in the Community Room and via Zoom.
  4. Veterans Day – Thursday, November 11thAs a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
  5. Manager Vacation – Audrey will be on vacation from 11/11 – 11/15. Please contact Community Care at 1-800-400-2284 in the event of a maintenance emergency.

Community Update - 10/29/21 Fire Alarm Testing Notice

QUARTERLY FIRE SPRINKLER ALARM TEST

Western Fire will be performing the quarterly fire sprinkler alarm test for the fire sprinkler system. The test will include sounding off of the internal alarm devices for 1 to 3 minutes. Please be aware that the Fire Doors will also shut and should remain closed until the technician resets them. All residents and pets should be prepared for this test.

Community Update - 10/28/21

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. 5th Floor Painting in Progress – you are now welcome to use the 5th Floor amenities as the ceilings have been painted. There is still baseboard and trim painting in progress. Please use caution while in this area.
  2. 4th Floor Painting Columbia – will begin on Monday, November 1st – November 5th from 8:30am- 5pm. Please exercise caution when entering and exiting your unit. Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Interior Painting – will begin on, Monday, October 25th. All amenities to the 5th Floor will be closed during painting on Monday – Friday, October 25-29 from 8:30am – 5:30pm. Please exercise caution around fresh paint.  As soon as the Columbia side is painted we will reopen the Gym and Sundeck.
  2. Balcony/Patio Inspections –the balcony/patio inspections will begin on Monday, October 25th at 8:30am. ProForm Interiors will visit between 6-8 units per day. The inspection will take 30-45 minutes. The inspections will start on the 4th Floor and work downwards. Management will contact owners via email with their scheduled date. If you are not home for this inspection you may grant permission to enter.


Community Update - 10/18/21

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Interior Paint Preparation Repairs – repairs to building interior ceilings and baseboards in preparation for paining will take place daily beginning Wednesday, October 20th – Monday, November 1st at 8:30am.
  2. Interior Painting – will begin on, Wednesday, October 27ththrough the end of the year. The painters will begin on the 5th Floor and work downwards. We will work with residents to allow for moves and deliveries during this time. Please contact your manager for any moves and/or deliveries.
  3. Balcony/Patio Inspections –the balcony/patio inspections will begin on Monday, October 25th at 8:30am. ProForm Interiors will visit between 6-8 units per day. The inspection will take 30-45 minutes. The inspections will start on the 4th Floor and work downwards. Management will contact owners via email with their scheduled date.   1. Columbia Entrance Reader – this has been repaired.
  2. Awning Cleaning – has been re-scheduled for October 20th Columbia side from 9a.m.-12p.m.; and India side from 12p.m. – 3p.m. Please do not use entrance that is being cleaned at the time.
  3. Lobby Entrance Brick Cleaning – has been re-scheduled for October 21st (Columbia side) and October 22nd (India Side) from 8:30a.m.-5:30p.m. Please do not use entrance that is being cleaned at the time.
  4. Building Carpet Cleaning –the carpet will be deep cleaned the week of October 18th – October 22nd. The cleaners will start on the 5th Floor and work their way down to the 1st Floor. Please use care when stepping onto the marble during this week.

Community Update - 9/24/21

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Garage Power Washing – is scheduled for October 6th (North side) and October 7th (South side).  Cars will need to be moved for this work. Please note there will be no guest or vendor parking during these days. Please see map on bulletin board.
  2. HOA Bill Pay Notice – we would like to inform you that starting October 1st, based on the Postal Regulatory Commission, the Postal Service will be changing the timeline for first class mail. If you have Bill Pay or BANKPAY checks sent to a lockbox for payment, the checks will be delivered with a 1-5 day delivery guarantee instead of a 1-3 day delivery guarantee. You payment may be affected and you may need to chance your bill pay date. As a reminder your payment must be received by the 15th of each month in order to not incur a late fee.
  3. Building Carpet Cleaning –the carpet will be deep cleaned the week of October 18th – October 22nd. The cleaners will start on the 5th Floor and work their way down to the 1st Floor. Please use care when stepping onto the marble during this week.

  1. Labor Day – September 6th, the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
